Prudential Gallo welcomes sales agent Cindy Benjamin

The agents and staff of Prudential Gallo Realtors welcome sales agent Cindy Benjamin to their Bethany Beach office. Benjamin, a resident of Ocean View, brings 16 years of experience in real estate sales.

She grew up in Minnesota, married in 1973 and moved to Baltimore, Md. In 1994, she and her husband Don bought a small cottage in Ocean View, and they brought their four children there in summers. In 2005, she sold the cottage and bought a larger home, which in 2010 became her primary residence.

In 1996 she began her real estate career in Maryland. She was working as a special education teaching assistant, and for several years she worked in both careers.

"To fully serve my real estate clients, I resigned from education," she said. "It was a difficult decision as I loved working with children."

While in Maryland she worked with many military clients. Being prepared and ready to meet with them was essential as their time for a home search was limited. Giving her full attention to buyers and sellers and keeping them updated through the process was important to her.

"Excellence is my only standard," Benjamin said. "I strive to make the purchase or sale of a home stress-free, easy to understand, educational, and, at times, even fun. My goal is to exceed your expectations and provide you with excellent service throughout our relationship."

She is active in her church, singing with a choir and working in the soup kitchen. She likes to read and to learn - she is a novice gardener and enjoy the learning process.

Benjamin's family is close. Three of her children live in the Baltimore area and one lives in Southern Maryland.
