Raymond Book earns 2010 Public Service Award
The Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants recently presented the 2010 Public Service Award to Raymond F. Book III, president of Raymond F. Book & Associates, P.A.
The firm currently has offices in Dover, Middletown and Lewes. Book helped develop the mission and vision statements of the firm, which include giving back to the community and aspiring to be a leader within the industry and community.
Book is involved with various organizations that benefit his community and profession, including American Society of Certified Public Accountants, Artisans’ Bank, Angel Food Ministries, Epworth United Methodist Church in Lewes, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Charter School, Central Delaware and Lewes Chambers of Commerce, Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants, Delaware State Board of Accountancy, Delaware Community Foundation, Delaware Technical & Community College, Greater Dover Foundation, Greater Dover Committee, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Wesley United Methodist Church in Dover, Kent County Prison Ministries Council, Lower Delaware Gridiron Club, Office Bible Study and Port Lewes Unit Owners Association.
