Realtor Linda Lizzio awarded RENE certification
Linda Lizzio, an associate broker with Long & Foster Forbes Global Properties, has been awarded the Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification.
The premier negotiation credential in the country, the RENE is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute and is an official certification of the National Association of Realtors. Lizzio joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the RENE certification. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in negotiation and subscribe to the Realtors Code of Ethics.
Lizzio has celebrated 16 years of business in the real estate industry. She is immediate past president of the Women’s Council of Realtors in Sussex County.

She has also earned the green designation; her GRI, Graduate of the Realtor Institute; Certified Residential Specialist designation, the highest credential awarded to the top 3% of residential sales agents; and membership in the prestigious million-dollar guild of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists.
