Regina Lundeen joins Coldwell Banker Resort Realty Rehoboth office

October 31, 2015

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announced that Regina Lundeen has joined its Rehoboth office. Lundeen welcomes the change as a chance to continue her 15-year career in real estate. Lundeen choose Coldwell Banker for its national marketing reach, long history of ethical service and unparalleled agent support through education and access to quality vendors.

Recently she was the rental coordinator for the Henlopen Condominiums on the north end of the Boardwalk, successfully booking the units for the season, exceeding owner expectations for the year and setting them up for 2016.

From 2000 to 2008 she worked with one of the area’s top producers as a listing coordinator, tech specialist and marketing strategist, maintaining existing standards and providing innovation as needed. She also researched the new builder communities during the last boom. Having been the executive assistant in the late '90s for the area’s largest electrical contractor who had many Dover Air Force Base jobs and housing developments in Dover and Lewes, Lundeen was very familiar with areas of new construction.

While working for this realtor, Lundeen was exposed to hundreds of transactions and assisted in drafting contracts for buyers, focusing on making sure the contract was clear and understood by all parties. She sold one of the highest priced Lewes Beach listings in 2005 simply by taking the time to respond to a prospective buyer and making sure they saw the range of what was available.

From 2009 tp 2014, she travelled to Dover to the Delaware Association of Realtors serving in Member Services, mainly Education and Convention, working hard to sell booth space and increase attendance as well as provide support for realtor activities in Legislative Hall for the Government Affairs director. If there is one thing Lundeen can do it is build enthusiasm and monetary backing for whatever or whoever she represents through focusing on the promotion of the positive aspects of the product and providing solutions for the negative. Lundeen also had the chance to work with several realtors and vendors across Delaware.

Her immediate family bought and sold rentals in Dewey Beach, and her uncle bought, renovated and sold or rented several historical homes in New Castle. Lundeen learned that every property has value; it is just a matter of finding the right person who wants it. Her long experience and responsiveness to clients' real estate transactions will yield them thorough and friendly service. Having worked at area restaurants and retailers, Lundeen has a special kind of patience and understanding for people. Although she is not native to Delaware and takes pride in her Oklahoma heritage, she is committed to continuing Delaware’s uniqueness and relishes the variety of the surrounding area.

Lundeen earned her bachelor’s degree at University of Delaware in English with a concentration in business and technical writing, and she  took several business classes as well. At the advent of the internet craze, she took several computer classes at the Delaware Tech Owens Campus and taught introductory computer classes to novice users. She also devotes time to volunteer work, having served as her daughter’s Girl Scout troop leader for five years so the girls could have a troop. She donates regularly to the Delmarva Blood Bank and provides support mainly on an ad hoc basis to local charities. One of her heroes is Gandhi, and her maternal family, the Beesons, is known for its service to others, with several members having served in the armed services, education and church.

“I am very pleased that Lundeen made the choice to join Coldwell Banker Resort Realty and our team of highly trained professionals. I know her background and experience will prove to be a valuable asset to her buyer and seller clients,” said Bruce Plummer, broker and chief operating officer, Coldwell Banker Resort Realty.
