Citing unknowns related to the sale of the building where their restaurant is located, Greenman owners Jeremy Brockway and Rachel Bullock-Brockway will not be reopening their Rehoboth Beach location this summer.

The husband-and-wife team opened Greenman at 12 Wilmington Ave. in Rehoboth Beach in June 2007.

“The lease opportunity with equipment at our Rehoboth location is currently on the market. We had originally intended to reopen while awaiting sale, but circumstances changed and we are not planning to reopen in Rehoboth at this time,” said Bullock-Brockway, in an email June 16.

Bullock and Bullock-Brockway opened a second Greenman in late 2020 outside Lewes in Peddlers Village off Route 24. Bullock-Brockway said that location is open every day except Tuesday.

The hours of operation for the Lewes location are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. For more information on Greenman, 33247 Fairfield Road, Lewes, call 302-827-1068 or go to greenmanjuicebar.com.
