Shlomo Fishman, 26, from Silver Spring, Md., won the Rehoboth Fire Fightin’ 5K Aug. 19 in Rehoboth Beach in a time of 17:19.
Fishman was followed by Martin Rodriguez, 17:28; Francisco Puac, 17:42; Josh Wenger, 18:37; Michael Feret, 18:49; Reginaldo Hernandez, 18:59; Lance Kauffman, 19:44; Griffin Lipman, 19:47; Jason Wenger, 20:20; and Matt Sparacino, 20:38.
Susan Greally, 52, was the first woman overall in 23:02. She was followed by Kia Bickel, 23:02; Kim Geyer, 23:19; Jackie Quigley, 23:32; Jenn Foreman, 23:28; Katherine Mooney, 23:43; Delaney Midash, 23:54; Valerie Bonner, 24:27; Danisha Wenger, 24:59; and Kate Yurgec, 25:09.
A total of 226 runners completed the race, an increase of 100 over the previous year.
