Rehoboth Santa Bar Crawl turns city red

December 11, 2025

Dressed in their finest Christmas-themed outfits, thousands of people participated in the fourth annual Rehoboth Beach Santa Bar Crawl Dec. 7.

A lot of the participants gathered at Above the Dunes for a large group photo on the Boardwalk. However, there were also a lot of people who chose to start the bar crawl early and skipped the group photo.

Most of the participants dressed as some kind of Santa or Mrs. Claus, but there were also characters from movies like “Elf,” “Christmas Vacation,” “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” and others.

The Rehoboth Beach Santa Bar Crawl is an event to benefit the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation. The event takes place on the first Saturday of December. There is no participation fee or ticket. Instead, participants are asked to bring at least one new and unwrapped toy as a donation to Toys for Tots Foundation. Participants are also asked to make a donation of at least $5 to Tunnel to Towers.
