Rehoboth summer recreation activities start June 9

During summer months, the City of Rehoboth Beach offers recreational programming that includes creativity, activity, camaraderie and fun for children and people of all ages. Programs are free and open to residents and visitors.

Weekly programming includes arts and craft activities for children ages 2-12 at 9 a.m., Mondays and Wednesdays, June 9 through Aug. 20, at Grove Park.

From 6 to 7 p.m., Tuesdays through Aug. 19, folks of all ages can enjoy a workout in nature with the Grove Walking & Jogging Club.

Special programming for all ages will be offered at 9 a.m., Thursdays, in Grove Park. Offerings include environmental education activities, kite making, magic shows and storytime yoga. Face painting will take place at 9 a.m., Fridays, June 27, July 25 and Aug. 22 in Grove Park.
