Ribbon cut for J.B. Wagamon Professional Center

The J.B. Wagamon Professional Center, just steps off The Circle in Georgetown, held its ribbon-cutting ceremony April 8.
This 9,800-square-foot professional building is the new headquarters for Pathways to Success, PAQ Solutions, Telamon TRC and Apex Services. Pathways to Success fully occupies the second floor, while the first floor offers five single-office suites and a 1,600-square-foot, warmly lit shell that can be outfitted to any specific tenant’s needs. This property is located in a designated HUB/Opportunity Zone.
This professional center honors John Burton Wagamon, a Georgetown businessman, and proud father of Sallie Jones and Mary Ann Chorman. Cousins John Jones and Jeff Chorman worked with Brendon Warfel for construction and Solutions IPEM for the building design. Additional support was provided by the Delaware State Housing Authority, the Town of Georgetown, Cody Petit of Farm Credit, Steve McCarron of Amp Electric, Rogers Signs, Techno Goober, and Alarm and Communications Systems Group.
