Royals baseball falls to IR 14-2

The Indian River baseball squad used big bats from multiple players in a 14-2 win over Delmarva Christian March 27 in Georgetown.
Indian River pitcher Chance Hocker delivered on the mound, striking out 10 batters and allowing just one hit and a run in four innings. He helped himself at the plate too, slamming two doubles.
IR collected 12 hits in the contest. Hocker, Ben Murray, Jace Jarmon, Jamison Bender and Chase Ruley had multiple hits, with Murray going yard in the game.
Sophomore Dylan Briggs knocked a double for the Royals.
The Royals travel to Great Oaks Charter School Thursday, March 30.
