Run to Plunge 5K raises $44K for Special Olympics

The 14th annual Run to the Plunge 5K attracted 574 runners and walkers who raised a combined $44,000 for Special Olympics Delaware. 

The race was won by Kenneth Draper, 19, of Hughesville, Pa., in a time of 17:22. The top female finisher was Melissa Wiley, 38, of Ocean City, Md., in a time of 21:00, good for 10th overall.
