The 2030 Boys’ Saltwater Mid-Atlantic Lacrosse team traveled to North East, Md., May 31, to compete in the Trilogy Turning Point Lacrosse Tournament.
The team faced several highly competitive opponents from throughout the region, including Legends MD 2030, Saltwater Mid-Atlantic 2030, Kelly Post 2030 Grey, Coastal Lacrosse Academy, Team 34, and SJ Shamrocks.
The Saltwater team swept the competition with a 3-0 record, guaranteeing a spot in the championship game after regular play. Despite the high winds and rain, Saltwater only allowed eight goals and scored 28 to earn a seat in the playoffs.
Saltwater defeated Legends MD 2023 5-2 for the division championship.
