Accomplished artist and pet lover Sara England has reopened her shop, the Ruff Life, with limited hours and front-door service, at 46 Baltimore Ave., Rehoboth Beach.
England’s passion and sense of humor shine through her creations of dog- and pet-themed art and products.
England recently began creating and selling masks that are now available with any art she’s drawn. She is making Rehoboth Beach-themed masks, and she can customize masks for individuals and companies.
