The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce will host Pete Schwartzkopf, former Delaware speaker of the house, at a general membership luncheon at 12 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 16, at The Cultured Pearl in downtown Rehoboth Beach. The cost is $25 per person including gratuity for buffet lunch and non-alcoholic beverages.
