Seely Homes LLC wins big at Regal Awards

Seely Homes LLC was recognized as an outstanding custom home builder, earning four 2025 Regal Awards from the Home Builders Association of Delaware.

“We are so very excited and honored to announce our success in winning four Regal Awards presented by the HBADE,” said Julleanna Seely, co-owner of Seely Homes, based in Bridgeville. “We couldn’t have done it without an amazing community to support us and, of course, our hardworking team to make this all possible!”

Seely Homes walked away with the following Regal Awards: Best Affordable Custom Home Under $350K; Best Active Adult Custom Home Under 3,000 Square Feet; Rookie Salesperson of the Year – Custom Builder – Cassie Davis; and Best Billboard – Custom Builder.

In addition to the Rookie of the Year award, Davis also earned a Silver Million Dollar Club award with $4,070,155 in sales and 13 units sold.

For more than 30 years, the Home Builders Association of Delaware has celebrated outstanding achievements in the First State’s home building industry. Regal Award winners are selected through a juried process. Every Regal Award submission is assigned a score by a panel of qualified expert judges with criteria based on design, craftsmanship and completeness of entry. Entrants with the highest scores in their respective category earn Regal Awards.
