The Cape Henlopen School District announced that seven dedicated staff members have recently earned their doctoral degrees, marking a significant academic and professional achievement within the district.
These individuals pursued their doctorates with Wilmington University while continuing to serve the students, staff and families of the Cape Henlopen School District. Their accomplishments demonstrate an unwavering commitment to lifelong learning and the pursuit of educational excellence.
The newly conferred doctoral recipients are: Dr. Amanda Archambault, director of teaching and learning, district office; Dr. Jessica Belkassam, occupational therapist, Sussex Consortium; Dr. Clara Conn, Milton Elementary School principal; Dr. Erin Gannon, Sussex Consortium assistant principal; Dr. Ned Gladfelter, human resources supervisor, district office; Dr. Kathy McMahon, Rehoboth Elementary School teacher; and Dr. Michael Thompson, Sussex Consortium assistant principal.
