Shelly Sposato receives Cupola Award from Delaware Eye Institute

The Delaware Eye Institute is proud to announce the 11th annual Cupola Award winner is Shelly Sposato. The Cupola Award is presented annually to the Delaware Eye Institute team member who best exemplifies traits that demonstrate a commitment to the patients, practice and co-workers; those traits include leadership, attitude, dependability and a commitment to excellence.

David Robinson, medical director of the Delaware Eye Institute, stated,  "I was delighted to see that Shelly was voted by her peers for this outstanding honor.

She has earned this award because of her consistent, dedicated and team-oriented approach to patient care here for over 20 years. She is always such a pleasure to work with."

The award winner is selected by a secret ballot of the entire staff. Winners of the award receive a diamond pin and inscribed crystal vase. Sposato has been an employee of the Delaware Eye Institute since 1992.
