Shepherd’s Office receives $3,700 donation

Paradise Companies donated proceeds from its Jan. 25 soup contest to the Shepherd's Office in Georgetown, which serves the homeless, hungry and lonely.

The top three winning entries were from Bethany Blues, Yellowfins and Holly Lake Campgrounds. “This was a magical day for everyone, and we want to thank you so much for such a wonderful afternoon,” said Barbara Ann Racine-Kerezsi, Paradise events coordinator. 

Jim Martin of the Shepherd's Office is shown accepting the check for $3,770.
