Shore Craft Beer Fest: Love on Tap at Seacrets Feb. 23 in Ocean City

January 20, 2019

Returning for its fourth year, the Shore Craft Beer Fest: Love on Tap at Seacrets will be the keynote event for Shore Craft Beer Lovers month, also known as “Febrewary,” on the Eastern Shore.

From 1 to 4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 23, festival-goers can enjoy unlimited tasting of craft beer from 13 local breweries, plus live music, picturesque views of the bay and a complimentary pint glass for the first 800 attendees. The festival provides an opportunity for brewers and beer lovers from all over the shore to come together in celebration of Maryland’s designated month-long Craft Beer Lovers Month, and to further the peninsula-wide push to make Delmarva a national craft beer destination.

February is typically a quiet time of year in Ocean City and throughout the Delmarva Peninsula, but Love on Tap and the Febrewary effort provide people with an excuse and incentive to come explore the shore’s world-class beer and beauty.

“Love On Tap has been a huge success in previous years with attendees coming from all over the mid-Atlantic to celebrate local craft breweries,” said Jackie Miller, Seacrets marketing and advertising manager. “The Eastern Shore is home to world-class beers, and the festival is a way to showcase a part of the community.”

Live music will be provided at Seacrets by Brett Andrew & Company and Full Circle Duo. All the local favorite breweries from the shores of Maryland, Delaware and Virginia will be joined by RavenBeer from Baltimore and Cult Classic Brewery from Stevensville, Md.

Last year, Shore Craft Beer Fest: Love on Tap at Seacrets sold out at 850 attendees, and the event is projected to sell out again this year.

Tickets include three hours of unlimited tasting and a commemorative pint glass.
