Shore Wellness Center announced the addition of Kimberly Gora-Buck, LCSW, and Yolanda McKoy, LMT, to the practice at 34410 Tenley Court, Unit 6, on Coastal Highway near Lewes.

A licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years’ experience providing therapeutic services, Gora-Buck specializes in working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, ADD/ADHD, OCD and disordered eating.

She earned her master's degree in social work from Rutgers University and a bachelor's degree in social work from Temple University.

Gora-Buck said it is important to create a safe, non-judgmental space, and building the therapeutic relationship is essential to progress. She works best with those motivated to making change in their lives by empowering clients to achieve small goals to reduce emotional suffering. Gora-Buck uses evidence-based approaches such as dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction and mindful self-compassion.

A licensed massage therapist, Yolanda McKoy graduated from Dagsboro Learning Institute of Cosmetology in 2010. Throughout her years of experience, McKoy’s clear mission has been to create a safe, healing and personalized space for each guest.

In 2021, McKoy expanded her practice by becoming a Certified Yomassage Therapist, offering her clients a distinctive, all-in-one wellness experience that blends restorative movement, mindful breathwork and therapeutic touch. Each session is 75 minutes of fully clothed, luxurious self-care promoting physical ease and emotional serenity.
