Shupe joins Nickle Electrical as human resources director

Electrical contractor Nickle Electrical Companies recently welcomed Heather Shupe as human resources director. She has more than 15 years of experience in the HR field, most recently serving as vice president of human resources at Dover Federal Credit Union.

Shupe is an active member of the National Society for Human Resource Management. She has held various board roles in local SHRM chapters, including her current role as president of the Delaware SHRM chapter and treasurer with the Delaware SHRM State Council.

Shupe holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Immaculata University and a master’s degree in social work from Widener University.
