St. Peter’s Holy Week services start March 29

St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Lewes announced its Holy Week and Easter service schedule. All are welcome. 

Palm Sunday services will include Holy Eucharist at 8 a.m. and choral Eucharist at 10:15 a.m., in the sanctuary, March 29. A Last Supper reenactment will take place at 10:15 a.m. in the parish hall.

An office of Tenebrae service is set for 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 1. A Maundy Thursday service will be held at 7 p.m., April 2.

A Stations of the Cross will begin at 2 p.m., Good Friday, April 3. The Great Vigil of Easter will begin at 7 p.m., Holy Saturday, April 4.

Easter Sunday services April 5 will include choral Eucharist at 8 and 10:15 a.m. in the church sanctuary, and at 10:15  a.m. in the parish hall. An egg hunt will follow the 10:15 services. There is no Godly Play on Easter Sunday.
