Stacey Kay Knox, loved her family, dogs

Stacey Kay Knox, 44, of Lewes, passed away suddenly Friday, March 6, 2026, at Bayhealth Sussex Campus, Milford. Stacey was born in Milford, the daughter of the late Anthony Jenkins and Paula Laurenzi.
Stacey enjoyed going to the beach. She loved her special niece, Calleigh, and also loved her dogs. Stacey was a very strong woman and a survivor.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother who raised her, Kay Laurenzi.
She is survived by her husband, Francis Knox; her aunt, Denise Laurenzi; her cousin, Holly Laurenzi; her niece, Calleigh; her beloved companion, an Australian Shepherd named Carter; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Brandywine Valley SPCA, 22918 DuPont Blvd., Georgetown, DE 19947.
