Steve and Mary Jo Timmons join Prudential Gallo Realtors in Bethany Beach
The agents and staff of Prudential Gallo Realtors recently welcomed sales agents Steve and Mary Jo Timmons to the company’s Bethany Beach office.
Steve Timmons, a Dagsboro native, began his real estate career in 1984. He is a licensed broker and certified residential appraiser specializing in home sales in saltwater Sussex County.
“As a lifelong resident, I’ve watched this area grow,” Timmons said. “Knowing the area and having local contacts have proven a benefit in providing services to my clients and customers.”
Mary Jo Timmons, originally from Belle Vernon, Pa., moved to Sussex County in 1974 to begin her career as a psychiatric social worker. She subsequently worked as a counselor in the Indian River School District and was the guidance director for Sussex Central High School before becoming a Realtor.
“Being able to listen and identify a client’s wants and needs is a vital part of the real estate profession,” she said, “and I’ve found that my counseling skill set has been of particular value in my real estate career.”
