Super Bowl Sunday Tailgate party at Paul's Kitchen Feb. 2
Paul’s Kitchen and Cullen-ary Company is kicking off Super Bowl LIV 2020 at their Sunday Pop-up Market Sunday, Feb. 2, with a Pre-Game Tailgate Party. Trays of heat-and-serve items are available for pre-order. Located at 32282 Cedar Grove Road, Lewes, the weekly pop-up market is open year-round, on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and there is plenty of free parking. The kitchen offers a full line of DiBruno Bros. items and Paul’s hand-selected products all ready-to-go. A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to support The Shepherd’s Office in Georgetown.
Paul’s Kitchen is offering pre-orders for pick-up on Game Day; all pre-orders must be placed by noon, Wednesday, Jan. 29, and may be picked up Feb. 2 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Items for pre-order include charcuterie platters, heat and serve baked pasta, sausage and peppers, Sahlen’s hot dogs, pasta salad, and more. The Pre-Game Party will feature live music by Flick Jams with Connor Filicko and Garrett LaCurtis who will be dishing up some cool blues while Paul and Team Cullen dish up some great food and beverages. Partygoers will find Paul’s handmade Italian sausage sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, hotdogs and featured drink selections.
The event is free to attend; food and drinks are available for purchase.
The Shepherd’s Office offers free bread, meals and clothing to the homeless, hungry, and lonely. The group provides a short and safe respite from the elements, and, thanks to the numerous dedicated volunteers, the group is able to offer a hot meal in a safe place. All are welcome at The Shepherd’s Office, and the need in Sussex County continues to grow each day. More information on their work can be found on the group’s Facebook page.
