Sussex Academy soccer team donates to breast cancer coalition

The Sussex Academy soccer team recently made a $500 donation to the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition.
The soccer team hosted a “pink out” for its October homecoming game. The sports boosters club sold pink sweatshirts, and a portion of the sales proceeds was donated to the breast cancer coalition.
The senior team captains presented the check Nov. 16 to Connie Holdridge, DBCC Sussex County program director.
