Sussex Strong hosts annual gala

Members of the Sussex County Association of Realtors turned the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center into somewhere over the rainbow Nov. 2, for the annual Sussex Strong Gala.

Sussex Strong is SCAOR’s charity arm, which aims to raise money for food, clothing, housing and educational opportunities for families in the Cape Region.

The gala this year had a Wizard of Oz theme, with guests dressed as their favorite characters: Dorothy, the Tin Man, the Scarecrow, the Cowardly Lion and the Wicked Witch. SCAOR board members portrayed the literal yellow brick road.
