George, Miles & Buhr LLC announced Kyle Thompson Jr., a Sussex Tech graduate, was awarded the George K. Miles Civil Engineering Memorial Scholarship.
A former partner at GMB, Miles was involved in a variety of civil engineering projects throughout the Delmarva Peninsula. His brother, William Miles, was a founding member of GMB in 1960.
Thompson is attending Randolph-Macon College where he will major in civil engineering.
