Tanger offers gift cards to federal workers through Jan. 28

Tanger Outlets Rehoboth Beach is offering TangerCares free $20 gift cards to federal government employees impacted by the government shutdown. TangerCares is Tanger’s program dedicated to demonstrating ongoing commitment to its surrounding communities through volunteerism, fundraising efforts and charitable donations.

“Through TangerCares, Tanger Outlets is committed to helping those in the communities in which we operate,” said Steven B. Tanger, Tanger Outlets CEO. “During this difficult time, we want to show support for federal government workers impacted by the shutdown.”

To receive a gift card, a federal worker can visit Tanger shopper services with a valid government ID. Some exclusions may apply. There is a limit of one gift card per person. The offer runs through Monday, Jan. 28. Tanger Seaside Shopper Services is located between Zumiez and Dress Barn. Tanger Surfside Shopper Services is located between Van Heusen and Lenox.
