Taste of Sposato 5K benefits Delaware Tech agriculture students

Sposato Family Vineyards hosted its 2nd Annual Taste of Sposato Wine 5K Oct. 1 at the Sposato Landscape headquarters in Milton. The event raises funds for the Sposato Scholarship Fund for Landscape and Ornamental Horticulture students at Delaware Technical Community College. Since the fund was established in 2016, three Delaware Tech students have been awarded the scholarship. They are Amber Cluesman, Leah Morris and Caitlin Molnar.

There were 187 race finishers, including Delaware Tech President Dr. Mark Brainard and Dr. Bobbie Barends, vice president and campus director at Delaware Tech's Owens Campus in Georgetown. Many Delaware Tech faculty, staff and administrators attended the event to support Delaware Tech students.
