Team Depot makes Lewes Beach benches gleam

Home Depot's community volunteers, Team Depot, on May 11 scraped then applied a gleaming coat of white paint to the row of 15 benches on Lewes Beach. With fair skies cooperating, the energetic employees, assisted by store Manager Ed Wade, arrived mid-morning and worked with good humor until the job was done. They then enjoyed a big lunch at the Dairy Queen courtesy of owner Ed Mihm.
