Thank you Project Kudos powered by Schell supporters

February 22, 2021

As the new year approached, the Beebe Medical Foundation Team began brainstorming ways to boost team member morale throughout Beebe Healthcare and avoid team member burnout during this difficult and trying time. At the same time, Alyssa Titus from Schell Brothers reached out about Beebe Medical Foundation partnering with Project Kudos for the month of January. She presented a plan that would allow Beebe team members, friends, family, and community members the opportunity to show appreciation for Beebe Heroes working to keep the community safe and healthy through the COVID-19 pandemic while raising funds for Beebe Healthcare. For every Kudos received via social media, whether a Facebook comment or share, Schell Brothers would donate $1 to Beebe. We were immediately intrigued and formed a team to get the campaign started.

We kicked off our Project Kudos Campaign Jan. 4 with a post by Dr. David Tam, Beebe Healthcare president and CEO, recognizing all of our team members for their hard work and dedication to Beebe throughout the pandemic. Our Facebook followers immediately joined in the fun and began commenting and sharing to spread the Kudos love. They also started giving and posting their own Kudos. Little did we know that this was just the beginning. Our Beebe team members began submitting Kudos by the hundreds. Community members began sharing Kudos for their Beebe Heroes. And Schell continued to give us the platform and support to set things in motion. The Kudos spread from department to department, location to location, and everywhere inbetween! We ended the campaign Jan. 31 with 96,796 Kudos.

So, 96,796 Kudos later, we have shared the support of the community with so many, and in turn, Schell is donating $96,796 to Beebe! A special thank you to Alyssa Titus and Adelina Riddick from Schell Brothers for bringing this opportunity to Beebe.

We may still be fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, but we surely have seen the power of positivity and community! Thank you to everyone who supported the Project Kudos Powered by Schell Campaign! You made this grassroots challenge a tremendous success! Check out the Beebe Medical Foundation Facebook page to see the many faces of Beebe Heroes who gave and received Kudos - a moment of happiness during this pandemic!

Kudos to all of you and an extra-special Kudos to Schell Brothers for their strong and loyal support of Beebe! Stay safe and stay well,

Thomas J. Protack
