There’s a rise of lawlessness in Delaware

July 22, 2025

Mara Gorman spearheaded House Bill 182 that prevents Delaware agencies from cooperating with the federal government in enforcing immigration laws. Gov. Matt Meyer signed it July 14.

While both lawmakers pat themselves on the back for fighting back, the unintended result has obviously never entered their minds.

When the government ignores and resists established law, so do the citizens. You are telling us to choose the laws we wish to follow. There is clearly a rise in lawlessness in Delaware and the country as a whole. HB 182 is another green light to citizens to do what they want instead of following the law.

Note that the Delaware government enters the marijuana business Aug. 1. Let that sink in.

Take a good look in the mirror tonight Gorman and Meyer!
