Tracking wolves and wonders in Yellowstone National Park with the Cape Gazette
Cape Gazette subscribers Sherry Williams-Fried and Jeffrey Fried recently joined a wildlife tour through Yellowstone National Park, where they followed the movements of gray wolf packs now thriving in the region. These wolves were reintroduced to the park in 1995, after being absent for over 75 years. The group also visited the southern portion of the park to witness Old Faithful, the iconic geyser that continues to erupt every 90 minutes. Joining Sherry and Jeffrey on the adventure were Scott Linghurst, Karen Linghurst, Dave Warner, Donna Babylon, Kathi Hill, and Kaye Hallman. Together, the group experienced Yellowstone’s raw beauty, from predator sightings to geothermal marvels, making memories in one of America’s most storied landscapes.
