Turnstone Builders chosen as custom builder for Meris Properties LLC

Meris Properties has announced the selection of Turnstone Builders as an approved custom builder at its Cove at Sandy Landing Community. The Cove is a high-end community located on the Indian River Bay, consisting of 24 one-acre lots, just six miles from Bethany Beach. Turnstone will build a variety of homestyles within The Cove, including a signature custom home on one of the prime waterfront lots.

Lot/home packages in The Cove start in the mid-$300s. All lots are waterfront, water view and/or wooded, and situated in a tranquil setting. The community features miles of nature trails, deeded boat slips, a three-acre central park, a waterfront gazebo and other natural community gathering areas. All Cove purchasers are offered a fully paid, one-year membership in the neighboring Cripple Creek Golf and Country Club.
