Tyler Smiley joins Coldwell Banker Resort Realty as rental agent

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announced Tyler Smiley has joined its team of experienced real estate professionals in Rehoboth Beach. Smiley has joined the Rehoboth branch as a full-time rental agent.

Smiley graduated from the University of South Carolina in December 2017 with a double major in marketing and human resource management, and two minors in French and Spanish. After  graduating, he moved to Rehoboth Beach to pursue a career in social media marketing. He worked for Beach Time Distilling in Lewes, managing its social media accounts while also becoming one of its restaurant managers. In June 2019, Smiley decided to pursue his real estate career.

When Smiley is not in the office, he is likely working on one of his two personal passions, photography and blogging. His favorite type of photography to shoot is wildlife or beach scenes. His blog consists of creating and sharing unique cocktail recipes.
