West Line Liquors cuts ribbon in Selbyville

November 25, 2014

West Line Liquors held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in collaboration with the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce Nov. 14 to celebrate the store’s opening in the Williamsville Shopping Center in Selbyville. This local family-owned operation provides a variety of beer, wine and liquor selections.

Co-owners William Purnell III, Steven Thorne and Ed Morris Jr. were joined by employees, family, chamber staff and members in recognition of the event. West Line Liquors opened the last day in May of this year, just in time for the peak summer season.

“We are very excited to have the new store and look forward to having it grow, with possibly another location in the future,” said Purnell.

Proudly catering to locals, West Line Liquors is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m., and Sunday from noon until 6 p.m. For more information, call the store at 302-436-2500.

Shown at the ribbon cutting are (l-r) Kiersen Thorne, Steven Thorne, William Purnell III, Jamie Morris, Ed Morris, Eva Purnell, Jane Morris and Mae Purnell.
