Western Sussex MLK group to host annual prayer breakfast Jan. 19
The MLK Dream Team will return Monday, Jan. 19, to Heritage Shores Country Club in Bridgeville for a presentation of inspiration, fellowship, and music in remembrance of Martin Luther King Jr.
Guests will be provided with a dynamic message from returning keynote speaker the Rev. Dr. John G. Moore. Moore currently serves as vice president of Resource Development and Strategic Partnerships for the United Way of Delaware.
The theme and address for 2015 is “Injustice Anywhere is a Threat to Justice Everywhere.”
Western Sussex MLK’s 2015 Community Recognition Award recipient is Dale Dukes, former Sussex County Council member, who has served the residents of Sussex County and others in Delaware and abroad for well over 20 years.
