Wine, food and music fest beneficiary applications due March 25

Creative Coastal Connections Corp, the nonprofit presenting the Southern Delaware Wine, Food & Music Festival, is seeking beneficiary applications from local nonprofits by Saturday, March 25.

The festival was started as a way to attract attention to the remarkable tastes, sounds and sights of coastal Delaware. Founder Stacy LaMotta said she is proud the event has netted more than $220,000 since 2015 to support local charitable organizations doing inspirational work to strengthen the community.

This year's event will be held Saturday, Sept. 23, at Plantation Lakes in Millsboro.
