Women’s wellness workshop series kicks off March 27
HeartWish Healing Center welcomes the community to join a new monthly series of workshops created specifically for women by Tara K. Adams, LCSW, of Indigo Wellness Inc., at 301 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach.
Created to empower women to establish a routine of self-care in alignment with the monthly new moon, the series will begin with a devotion to journaling set for 6:30 to 8 p.m., Monday, March 27.
Those interested can choose to attend one session or the entire series. Pricing discounts apply if attendees choose five or more workshops.
