Summer League Week 4


Elementary Division

Thunder, lightning and rain got the league on Monday so no games were played. On Wednesday on Field 1, the Tides swept over the Guards by a final of 7-1. Evan Chubb had a super night with six goals scored . Allie Williams had the other goal for the Tides. Tenley Hazzard scored the lone goal for the Guards.

On Field 2, Vivian Bolden scored in the second quarter to give the Waves the lead headed into halftime. Ginny Keys scored for the Dunes in the 4th quarter but Bolden completed her hat trick with two more goals to finish the game at 3-1.

Senior Division

The Artics came out strong in the opening quarter with a goal from Hailey Moore and a hat trick by Ally Miller . the 2ndquarter belonged to Abby Kane with a pair of goals to push the lead to 6-0 at half. Maci Long finished the scoring with her goal in the 4th quarter to make the final 7-0 over the Seahawks.

The second game of the evening was a 1-1 result between the Pumas and the Bengals. Caroline Arthur score near the end of the first quarter giving the lead to the Pumas. Coda Fisher earned the tie for the Bengals with her goal early in the 4thquarter. The solid goalkeeping was provided by Allyson Clark and Eve Sekscinski.

The final game of the night was an 8-1 win for the Baffins over the Corals. Sommer Dorman gave the short-lived lead for the Corals. Lily Ashby countered with a pair of goals still in the 1st quarter to get the lead back to the Baffins. Emily Stafford and Emma Westbrook push the lead to 4-1 going into half-time. Elise Westbrook had the only 3rd quarter goal before Stafford and Emma Westbrook (2) finished out the scoring.

Play continues on Wednesday, July 6th, with the elementary division starting play at 6:00-


 followed by the senior Division at 6:45.
