Fruit Soup for All

Just in time for fireworks and summer heat—a quick and easy refreshing fruit soup for everyone from kids to grandparents!

For the fruit, we made a dozen or so melon balls from 1/4 large watermelon and added 1 cup fresh blueberries and 1 sliced banana.

For the “broth”, we blended the remaining chunks of the watermelon with a knob of fresh ginger. Then we poured the broth over the fruit and refrigerated till ready to devour. This made 6 generous servings to slurp with a spoon or drink from a cup. Enjoy!
