Mulberries and Banana Cream

Neighborhood trees are dripping with ripe mulberries!  I picked a handful of these sweet anti-oxidant gems to top off my oatmeal and banana cream for breakfast this morning garnished with fresh mint from the backyard and a sprinkling of Grape Nuts. What a treat any time of day!

You can make banana cream by blending frozen bananas until smooth.  Add a few drops of vanilla or cinnamon if you wish.  No dairy, no eggs, no oil, no sugar-- just sweet fruit poured over cooked or uncooked oatmeal.  Enjoy…
