Rehoboth Beach Sunrise Rotary Club held it's Empty Bowls event on Sunday. Potters from the Rehoboth Art League created and donated nearly 600 bowls for the event. I found my bowl and while talking with one of the artists, the one I chose was from an artist that was from New York, so there were potters from all over that donated bowls too. Good deal I say. Lets all feed everyone! The first time I heard of an event like this, it was held on the Highline in NYC, and I was intrigued, and now, here it is, in my hometown & I got to participate by buying a bowl.
