Grab a bowl—a really big one.
Chop up some salad greens—any kind available, at least 1 cup.
Add at least 3 different kinds of chopped fruit—fresh, frozen or canned with no added sugar.
Add at least 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats right out of the container (no cooking needed).
Add at least ½ cup grape nut-like cereal for crunch.
Top off with at least 1 tablespoon mashed flax seed and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Moisten with fresh squeezed orange juice.
(Ingredient quantities depend on size of crowd and your personal taste.)
Mix and serve.
Feed the fans.
