Jane Esselstyn’s tempeh bowl met our requirements for a meal that is Excellent, Easy Economical, Ethical and Earth friendly. We enjoyed the lustrous marinated Tempeh with a drizzle of homemade peanut sauce over greens and whole grains. You can make it too with the recipe below.
