Heartbreaking Dawns Jalapeño Pineapple Hot Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 small (4 inch) pita bread
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- Heartbreaking Dawns Jalapeño Pineapple Hot Sauce, to taste
- 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place pita bread on a small baking sheet. Cover with pizza sauce.
- Layer with cooked ham and pineapple chunks. Sprinkle on a few drop of Heartbreaking Dawns Jalapeño Pineapple Hot Sauce all over top of the pineapple.
- Top with Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
