Applied Bank announces Facciolo as new director
Applied Bank has announce the appointment of Carmen Facciolo Jr. to Applied Bank's Board of Directors.
Facciolo currently serves as the president of NAI Emory Hill Real Estate Services Inc. and vice president of Emory Hill & Company, the construction division in New Castle. Prior to becoming a partner with Emory Hill in 1983, Facciolo was with the Jackson Cross Company and Facciolo Construction. Hr has also served as NAI firector for Emory Hill Real Estate Services since the company's affiliation with NAI Global in 1997.
Facciolo is a graduate of Widener University where he earned both his undergraduate and MBA degrees. He is a licensed real estate agent and broker of record in Delaware and New Jersey.
In addition to his role at Applied Bank, he serves as a board member for Benefits Connections for the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council and the Mary Campbell Center, as president and also serves on the golf committee for the prestigious annual Charmie Welch Open golf fundraiser.
Additionally, Facciolo is a member and serves a number of professional affiliations including SIOR, Tri-State Commercial-Industrial Realtors, New Castle County Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He was the former chairman of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce and the New Castle County Economic Development Council.
