Cape JROTC holds awards program

Former Cape Henlopen School District Superintendent Dr. Jim Wilson wasthe guest speaker during the 2011 JROTC Awards Program. Wilson praised the cadets for having served the Cape community with pride and gave the cadets a rousing hooah at the closing of his speech.
