Let Vegetables Shine

Let raw vegetables shine on your holiday table. Make platters of favorite holiday symbols with sliced, diced and whole carrots, cauliflower, peppers, broccoli, you name it. Add nondairy dips like  Hummus or Cashew Cream. Then make room for festive fruit platters. You can find great ideas to stir creativity here.
